Telephone Costs Management

Centralized system for supervision and detection of telephone costs processes data of incoming and outgoing calls in real time and uses them for supervision, reporting and optimization of telephone resources. This system is applicable on classical and IP telephone centrals of all reputable manufacturers.

The system enables managing telephone expenses on all levels; individually per employer or by departments as a group by printing or sending reports with relevant information.
