Self-service Terminals Management

Self-service terminals are increasingly present on the market. This growth trend proves the willingness of our partners/customers to be available to their customers 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. In this type of environment, an outspread of self-service network terminals is of extreme importance, as well as their uninterrupted availability.  

COMBIS' role in fulfilling these criteria is visible in every stage, starting even before the self-service terminal is put into service, and continuing afterwards - during its whole life cycle.

When ordering and delivering terminals, we harmonize the needs of our customers with numerous options of each self-service terminal individually. Additionally, we provide our own test and demo equipment used for: preparing presentations, developing new customer services and certification of terminals.
Before delivering terminals at the arranged location, we store them in our own warehouse. This facility is also used for the initial technical examination of self-service terminals and for the software installation. After terminals are fully prepared, according to customer's demand, we deliver them to the designated location.

When installing the terminals in cooperation with our specialised partners, we equip self-service terminals with extra safety components; we procure the acceptance from administrative bodies and secure all technical preconditions for setting up the self-service terminals at the arranged locations. In order to increase the efficiency of the installation, we determine priorities, coordinate the order of installation steps with the owners of the locations and partners that are engaged in this very complex phase. This includes planning and complex work performance, related to reinstallation, transfer of earlier installed devices and final installation and putting self-service terminals to work.

In order to provide the high level of availability in such environment, COMBIS offers contracting for basic or extended maintenance models. We perform on-site service activities both during and after the warranty period, along with performing the preventative maintenance. Our large stock of original spare parts, Service Desk facility for dispatching the incoming calls 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, short time to arrival, covering the whole Croatian territory including islands - they all add up to a very high quality level of service.

At this moment, COMBIS has a total of 1.250 cash-out machines, 105 BNA (Bulk Note Acceptor) cash-in modules and 46 night drop depositories on maintenance contracts.
