Servers' infrastructure is a crucial element of every ICT infrastructure. Due to its nature, specific needs and demands for maximal availability, managing servers is becoming a huge stumbling block. On the one hand, top and timely service is required, and on the other hand, there is a need for eligible price, quality, educated employees and correct partnership relation.

Any kind of servers' malfunction is always a big problem. Therefore, when it comes to servers' maintenance, a classical warranty is often not sufficient.

COMBIS provides all types of technical and systems support on almost every globally recognised platform and offers support for a large number of business applications.

There are different ways of support, the customer defines his needs and in cooperation with COMBIS expert team defines mutual obligations.

Along with technical equipment maintenance, COMBIS additionally provides the right solutions for proactive equipment supervision on a level that is acceptable to the user, enabling COMBIS' employees quicker and more quality reaction and efficiency in resolving all sorts of problems.

By simple investments in upgrading the existing systems, one can upgrade functionality and usage of the infrastructure. COMBIS in that area offers advisory, technical and implementation support.

After the equipment becomes entirely inadequate, COMBIS enables its removal on legally and ecologically eligible ways.
