Classic Maintenance

As part of the maintenance contracts we offer:

  • Incident management

Any event which is not a standard part of the service operation and may cause disruption or reduced quality of service is considered an incident. The goal is to restore service as soon as possible with as little impact on business users, at an acceptable cost. COMBIS has developed an incident management system application that enables reporting of incidents via phone, e-mail or web.

  • Reactive Support

Reactive support involves an intervention after the user reports an incident. COMBIS experts will eliminate the problem with advice, guidance via phone or remote system access, and if necessary, on location, in order to correct the problem in time and in accordance with contractual obligations.

  • Proactive Support

COMBIS pays great attention to proactive maintenance of the system, in which we apply the best practices of vendors in our portfolio. We monitor the performance of the information system and the "total health" of the system, regularly apply patches recommended by vendors in a timely manner and notify users about new versions that we offer.

  • Consulting Services

COMBIS offers consulting services in order to improve existing systems.

  • Expert Workshop

In agreement with the customer we are able to provide additional customer education, which aims to improve internal knowledge about the systems.

  • Quick response on the entire Croatian territory

With a central location in Zagreb, COMBIS has eight branches (Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Rijeka, Varazdin, Osijek, Split and Pula). We are able to reach any location on the territory of the Republic within one hour.

  • Documentation of the entire IT system and the subsequent changes

When taking over maintenance COMBIS analyses users’ systems and documents the system in detailed technical report. The continuous updating of documentation is considered crucial.
