27 Jan Mladen Gregović to leave Combis
Board member and Chief Operations Officer will continue his career outside the company.
Combis management board member and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mladen Gregović has resigned his position and will continue his career outside the company. The resignation will take effect on February 1, 2020.
“I am pleased with the time spent at Combis through which I strived to give my best on a professional level, met a great number of experts and had the opportunity to follow the development of many impressive projects”, said Gregović.
Before Combis, Mladen Gregović spent more than 20 years building a career in the financial industry, where he worked on the design, development and administration of IT systems and led numerous strategic projects.
Board member and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Damir Horvat thanked Gregović for his cooperation and contribution to Combis’ business transformation and wished him all the best in his future business ventures.
Gregović finished Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, and has multiple renowned certificates, experience in management and expert knowledge of processes in the financial and IT industry. For over ten years, he was executive director of IT division at Raiffeisen bank in Croatia. Gregović was appointed to the Management Board of Combis in 2016.
