Each of these and other minor problems after mass implementation can become a big problem and the user can very quickly lose the will to use the service, which would cast a big shadow on the effort and raise doubt for implementing the service. We knew that we had to eliminate all problems and overcome all challenges. Our goal was for every aspect of fixed telephony to work perfectly”, said Darijo Puntarić, the engineer who worked on the project, and added: “After a long period of solving even the smallest problems, we could finally say – it works!
